Moderation here is public. Restrictions lists everyone who is restricted right now, what they may not do, why, and until when — automatic cooldowns included. If you think a restriction is wrong, appeal it from your own banner and an admin will answer.

The changelog says what changed on the site and when. Skill is public too: the leaderboard ranks every rated member of a format, and the awards are counted from the games, never voted.
