Rules
Not many, and all of them enforced: the first three by the site itself, the rest by the admins. Nothing here is hidden. Every cooldown and every restriction is on the Restrictions page, with the reason.

Captains, pick on time.
RED picks first, then it snakes. Every pick has 60 seconds on the clock, and the clock is the same for everyone.
If you don't: the draft is cancelled for everyone and you get a cooldown. Everyone else goes back to being added up.

Connect when your game starts, and stay.
Be on the server within 5 minutes of the draft finishing. If you drop, be back within 3 minutes.
If you don't: a sub request is opened for your slot, on its own. Whoever takes it plays; you get a cooldown. Having a word with your captain first doesn't stop the sub, but it's the decent thing to do.

Banned on ETF2L? Then you're banned here too, for exactly as long. The site checks your ETF2L record when you sign in.
If you are: you can't add up, captain, sub or chat until the ban runs out. There's nothing to appeal on this site; take it up with ETF2L.

Don't grief.
This is a community-run site. Throwing games, abusing the sub system, going AFK on purpose, winding people up for the sake of it: anything that spoils the pug for the other eleven.
If you do: an admin restricts you, from an hour up to a month, and the reason goes on the Restrictions page for everyone to see.

Keep the chat civil.
Banter's fine. Abuse, slurs and spam aren't, and the admins read the chat.
If you don't: your messages are removed from everyone's screen at once, and your chat is restricted. You can still play.

One account per person.
Play from your own Steam account, and only that one. No alts, no smurfs, no borrowing a mate's.
If you don't: both accounts get restricted.
Both of them, not just the new one.
Cooldowns
A cooldown means you can't add up until it's over. The first one is 15 minutes. Do the same thing again within a week and the next one is longer, up to a week. Stay clean for a week and you're back at the bottom of the ladder.
- You'll see your own cooldown as a banner on the format page, with the time left.
- You can still watch, chat and put your hand up as a sub during a cooldown, unless an admin has said otherwise.
- Cooldowns are automatic. Admins don't hand them out and don't shorten them, but they can lift one on appeal.
Restrictions and appeals
Admins can restrict a player for longer, and from more than adding up: captaining, subbing, chat, or asking for an admin. Every restriction has a reason and an end date, and all of them are listed on the Restrictions page along with the admins themselves.
- Think it's wrong? Appeal it from the banner on your own page. One appeal per restriction, and an admin answers it.
- Everything an admin does is written down and can't be edited afterwards.
- Need an admin for something else? Request Admin in the toolbar sends them a short message.
